Warranty

We provide a construction warranty that guarantees our workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This Durango warranty covers defects in the application of the sealcoat, crack sealant, and striping under normal traffic and weather conditions.

However, this sealcoat warranty does not cover:

•  Damage caused by heavy vehicles, snowplows, or improper maintenance

•  Normal wear and tear, cracking due to underlying base failure, or shifting of the asphalt substrate

•  Oil, gasoline, or chemical spills

•  Damage from tree roots, water ponding, or extreme weather events beyond our control

To validate the warranty, the lot must be kept free of excessive debris and snowplowing must avoid scraping the sealed surface. Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or reapply the affected areas at no additional labor charge (materials may apply if the issue is not due to our workmanship).
